  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to track orders and resolve shipping-related concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and policies to provide accurate assistance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online customer support tools.
